IRON RECOVER is the most complete training supplement that caters for all your body's needs after a hard workout!
Are you frustrated by the fact that you've been training for so long and you can not see the results? You pour blood and sweat on your training, suffer pain and still nothing? Maybe it's time to change it eventually? Modern formula after training contained in IRON RECOVER will cause that your muscles, destroyed during hard training, will rebuild much bigger and stronger! IRON RECOVER was created thanks to the cooperation of a group of scientists and specialists from the Iron Horse Series with the Bodybuilding World Champion - Łukasz Kaźmierczak at the forefront!
The combination of theory and practice has given amazing results! The supplement was created by trial and error - months of research, tests and continuous changes in the composition have brought the long-awaited effect! Iron Recover is a real definition of the word REGENERACJA. Already one portion of this product provides our body with all macronutrients that are responsible for creating the perfect environment for the growth and regeneration of our muscles! 10g of whey protein hydrolyzate, the fastest-absorbed protein in combination with 8g BCAA amino acids will not let catabolism destroy your muscles! 23g of carbohydrates (including 0g of sugars!) Top-quality glycogen replenishes your muscles during intense exercise! After an intense effort, our body is unable to digest food, that's why IRON RECOVER was created - a laboratory-digested supplement that immediately passes through the stomach and our body does not have to lose energy for digestion, and thus the most important macronutrients are delivered immediately after training so as to move from a catabolic state to anabolic as soon as possible!
In addition to the complex of essential vitamins and minerals, IRON RECOVER also contains extracts from the rhododendron and Chinese lemons, which will allow you to calm down and de-stress after a hard workout! IHS specialists have added to this product also lactoferrin, which is designed to protect you against diseases and viruses in the post-training period, in other words when your immunity is significantly reduced and you are the most susceptible to infection!
Glutamine is a basic nitrogen storage and transporter. Glutamine provides nitrogen to muscles, where it is incorporated into amino acids and proteins, which stimulates anabolic processes. When other organs or tissues need nitrogen, they derive it from muscle tissue. Muscle proteins then break down, what we call catabolism, and their nitrogen is transferred to glutamine, which transports this element to other tissues. If, however, in a similar situation, the body has an adequate supply of ready glutamine - this brings nitrogen to the tissues and does not lead to the catabolism of muscle proteins. Consumption of ready glutamine, eg in the form of a sports nutrient, leads to the creation of a high value of the nitrogen balance, ie the state of the internal environment of the body, which promotes anabolic processes - and at the same time - inhibits catabolic processes.
Leucine - affects the synthesis of skeletal muscles in several ways: increases the secretion of insulin, a powerful anabolic present in our body, affects the protein kinase S6 activity, accelerates the phosphorylation of the binding protein eIf4E and affects the degree of binding between proteins (eIF) 4E and eIF4G. All this, despite complicated sound and naming, boils down to a very simple assertion - Leucine increases the degree and speed of protein utilization for muscle building.
Valina - its presence in this combination, owes not only to the aforementioned need to administer all three BCAA amino acids together but also to reduce the fatigue of the central nervous system. In addition, as with the other two amino acids, it is easily converted into the energy consumed by working muscles and thus allows to save glycogen stores accumulated in the liver.
Isoleucine - the supply of large quantities of Leucine causes a reduction in the level of the remaining two amino acids: Isoleucine and Valine, which is why it is so important to use all three compounds together. In addition, Isoleucine is classified as glucogenic amino acids, ie those that the body can easily and quickly transform into the energy necessary for its functioning. This means that we will be able to not only train longer and more intensively, but also to regenerate faster.
Taurine - 2-aminoethanesulfonic acid belongs to the group of biogenic amino acids. It is an organic chemical that occurs in human tissues. The largest amounts of taurine are located in the heart, skeletal muscle, brain and the retina of the eye. The process of taurine synthesis takes place with the participation of two other amino acids - cysteine and methionine. The properties of the human body for independent synthesis are limited, and therefore its supplementation is sometimes indispensable. Taurine has one more important feature that has decided the popularity of this amino acid among athletes - it inhibits the processes of catabolism in the muscles and intensifies anabolism. Thanks to those who exercise it is easier to build muscle tissue and regenerate the body after exhausting training.
Schisandra chinensis- climber from the citrinella family. It has a strengthening effect on the body, supports the function of the liver, cleanses from accumulated toxins. It has a positive effect on the heart, brain, lungs and kidneys. In addition, it accelerates the metabolism which prevents the accumulation of unnecessary fat.
Rhodiola rosea - the plant belongs to the group of adaptogens, that is, plants that help the body adapt to high mental and physical stress. Its main activity is to relieve fatigue, improve concentration and improve mood. All this translates into better results at the gym, as well as at work or school. It contains a rich composition of biologically active substances, including flavonoids, phenolic acids, organic acids, tannins and salidroside glycosides. The comprehensive action of the substance consists in stimulating the nervous system and increasing resistance to stress. Regular use of the preparation strengthens memory and concentration, also positively influencing good mental health. It regulates the nervous tension and makes it easier to achieve balance.
Lactoferrin - a protein strengthens the body's organism. It also has antiviral, antifungal, antiparasitic, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. Lactoferrin combines with the surface structures of viruses, fungi and also bacteria. The level of lactoferrin in the body changes depending on age and health. Therefore, each of us should take products that contain these proteins in their daily use. The right level strengthens the body, and also acts prophylactically in anemia due to iron deficiency.
Vitamin B6 - is a coenzyme of many enzymatic changes in the body including transamination and decarboxylation of amino acids. Particularly important is its participation in the transformation of tryptophan, which produces serotonin and nicotinic acid. It is essential in the process of phosphorylation, affects glycogenesis and glycogenolysis in muscles, plays an important role in immune and hematopoietic processes. It reduces the secretion of prolactin, which has a negative effect on men's libido. Symptoms of pyridoxine deficiency are nonspecific: skin lesions, inflammation of the tongue and oral mucosa, seizures, microcytic anemia non-pigmented or megaloblastic, polyneuritis, depression. Its lack may favor the development of oxalate urolithiasis. Pyridoxine is well absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. Her excess is excreted in the urine.
Vitamin B12 - belongs to a group of vitamins that are soluble in water. It is known under other names: cobalamin or cyanocobalamin. It is not a single substance but a chemical compound containing, inter alia, cobalt. Deficiencies of vitamin B12 are particularly dangerous and mainly concern the psychological sphere, the nervous system and the hematopoietic system. VItamin B12 acts as a non-protein component of the enzyme necessary for its activity in the production of monoamine neurotransmitters important for the brain: dopamine, serotonin and norepinephrine. Cobalamin deficiency results in impaired synthesis of these important neurotransmitters, which may result in limited cell communication capacity in the central nervous system.
Dosage:
2 scoops (50 g) mixed in 250 ml of water and consumed immediately after training.
