Jarrow Formulas is a company founded in 1977 in Los Angeles by Jarrow L. Rogovin. Jarrow personally delivered orders of manufactured supplements to health food stores. In the 1980s, the product line became popular, but required expansion. Jarrow decided to expand the business by setting up his own health food store on Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood, CA. The company primarily focuses on the health-promoting aspects, so that the human body works optimally and does not lack any functional ingredients.
