Active ingredients of Jack'D Up pre-workout

1 serving, 5.55 grams:

AAKG - Arginine acetoglutarate is the amino acid salt of glutaric acid and arginine. The combination of these two molecules into one utilises the phenomena of synergism, making AAKG more potent than free arginine and better absorbed. By preventing the breakdown of arginine into carbon dioxide and water, alpha-ketoglutarate increases its bioavailability, allowing more of it to be used as a precursor in the formation of nitric oxide. What's more, AAKG lasts longer, allowing us to feel its effects long after training.

Creatine monohydrate - this is the most common, popular and cheapest type of creatine used in sports nutrition. Creatine monohydrate is simply a creatine molecule combined with a water molecule. Although there have been numerous attempts to promote current forms of creatine, downplaying the benefits of monohydrate, citing its poor solution stability or the need for high doses, it remains extremely popular and is considered by many enthusiasts to be the best form of creatine. It exhibits a strong anabolic effect and supports the growth of strength and muscle mass.

Beta-Alanine - together with l-histidine, forms the dipeptide carnosine. Carnosine is released from the cells when the pH drops, thus preventing an increase in muscle acidity, which can translate into less pain and better endurance during training. It may contribute to more efficient dry muscle building, also supports the fight against oxidative stress and may delay ageing.

Creatine HCL - is a chemical that combines creatine and hydrochloride into a single molecule. It has a high concentration of the main chemical compound in the molecule, is well soluble and has a characteristic sour taste. It is a chemical that is well tolerated by the digestive tract, does not burden the stomach and is well absorbed. When used in practice, the results are believed to be among the best of all the commonly available types of creatine on the market. It is currently the most popular of all the novel creatine combinations on the market.

Creatine nitrate - is a chemical product formed by the combination of a creatine molecule and nitric acid. It is distinguished by its high solubility in water. The presence of the nitrate component supports the activation of nitric oxide. The molecule also acts as a neuromodulator, neurotransmitter and a compound responsible for the proper functioning of the immune system. Most importantly for physically active people, it supports vasodilation and blocks platelet aggregation, which helps to create a muscle pump during training.

Disodium Creatine Phosphate - is a high-energy phosphate reservoir in the form of creatine, which is found in human muscle. Creatine kinase catalyses the transfer of the phosphate group from the creatine phosphate substrate to ADP. The active element in the energy metabolism of ADP is thought to accelerate the repair of high-energy bonds, reducing the time required for rest between sets and allowing for significantly greater strength.

Caffeine Anhydrous - the world's best-known stimulant compound. It has a stimulating effect, reduces Adenosine levels and inhibits the breakdown of cAMP. Caffeine also has a thermogenic effect, allowing us to gain more energy from body fat.

DMHA - 2-aminoisoheptane shows strong sympathicomimetic properties. By blocking the reuptake of norepinephrine, it increases its concentration, leading to increased nervous excitability. By doing so, it increases concentration, clarity of thought and motivates the body to action. By raising body temperature, it has a thermogenic effect. It supports the loss of unnecessary body fat.

Agmatine - The action of agmatine as a nitric oxide precursor is linked to its effects on alpha-adrenergic and imidazole receptors. It also has a significant effect on the activity of the enzyme ornithine decarboxylase and NOS isoenzymes. An adequate dose of agmatine effectively promotes the secretion of nitric oxide
in the human body, which translates into a strong feeling of muscle pump. The vasodilatation of blood vessels promotes the flow of blood and nutrients to working muscles showing support for regeneration and muscle building. In studies using agmatine, it has been shown that its action can support protein synthesis by up to twofold, which, in addition to the action of agmatine itself, is also linked to the effect of increasing the supply of building blocks to muscle tissue.

Schisandra Chinensis - Chinese citronella is a plant that has been used in Chinese medicine for hundreds of years for its unique healing potential. Interestingly, the first Chinese pharmacopoeia from 250 BC already contains a description of this plant, as well as the basic ingredients made from it. We also know that the fruit of Chinese citronella has been used in traditional Chinese medicine since more than 2000 BC. Citronella has strong adaptogenic effects and allows for a significant increase in muscular endurance.

I know from experience that love to bear the weights of every typical packer goes through a hard test when his body rebels. This rebellion is usually manifested in mental and physical exhaustion. Often people will stick him with a overtraining patch and rest for up to several weeks. Sometimes, however, not right. I am reminded of the words: "If you rest, someone else is working to chase you away." Sad but true.
