Creatine saturation phase: for a period of 5-7 days, take creatine in the amount of 0.3 g / kg body weight. The dose should be divided into 4-5 servings. Then, after the initial saturation phase, take creatine in an unchanged dose of 3-5 g daily for a period of 4-6 weeks.

Without the creatine phase: a fixed dose of 5 g creatine per day, take 6-8 weeks. In this case, on the training days creatine is best taken immediately after exercise (5 g), while on days off from exercise 5 g- 30 min. before breakfast. Creatine combine with water or fruit juice.
